How Our Online Remote IT Support Service Works

Schedule an Appointment

Appointments can be scheduled below. If you have a quick problem you need resolving, then book a 30-minute slot. If you have multiple problems, then book a 60-minute slot, or if you are unsure of the required support solution, call our helpdesk support team on 043 7486660.

If we are unable to resolve your issue within the pre-paid remote session, we will ask you if you wish to continue with the session for which you will be billed accordingly.

Get Connected

At the appointed time, please call us on 043 7486660. A technician will then guide you through the connection process and will safely and securely connect to your computer via remote access.

You are in control of the session at all times and can terminate at any time.

Sit Back and Watch It Happen

Once connected via remote access, the technician will review the issue you would like resolved with you and then get to work. Once completed, the technician will confirm that you are satisfied and disconnect.
