Appointments can be scheduled below. If you have a quick problem you need resolving, then book a 30-minute slot. If you have multiple problems, then book a 60-minute slot, or if you are unsure of the required support solution, call our helpdesk support team on 043 7486660.
If we are unable to resolve your issue within the pre-paid remote session, we will ask you if you wish to continue with the session for which you will be billed accordingly.
Onsite Business
The vast majority of IT issues can be resolved by remote support. Should it not be possible to resolve your challenges through remote support, our friendly, professional, and qualified technicians will happily provide onsite assistance at your business. Simply fill in your information above and we will attend to your needs. Please note that additional payments for any “over run” in time will need to be made should the task take longer than originally assumed.
